ABOUT  ME
Welcome to my small corner of the internet universe! My name is Michaela Blanchard. I grew up in Livermore, a small town about 45 miles east of San Francisco. I am currently a student at Cogswell Polytechnical College in Sunnyvale. I am working toward a BA in Computer and Video Imaging with concentrations in Web Design and Web Development. I have many interests, as you can see by the site navigation. I am only diving into a few of my favorite things on this site! To start off, I have 9 pet rats. Their names are Mattie, Adelle, Perseus, Marina, Viola, Ali, Pixie, Simon, and Arthur. Rats make the greatest pets! They are affectionate, clean, outgoing, and intelligent. Take a peek at the Rats section for some great rat photos and information! I am also a huge music fan! I worked in a record store for 2 years after high school and have a huge CD collection! Among my favorite artists are Tori Amos (site domain inspired), Texas, Single Gun Theory, Delerium, Tonic, Live, Sarah McLachlan, Imogen Heap, Sinead Lohan, and the list goes on! If you want to see other artists that interest me, or which CDs are in my collection, I suggest visiting the Music section of this site. I am new to the modeling scene. I have done only two session, but am really interested in doing more! I really love being in front of the camera! My Modeling section of the site has photos from my previous shoots as well as some more information about me. As much as I like being in front of the camera, I simply adore being behind it! Photography lets me share my view of the world with everyone else. If you are looking for a photographer in the SF Bay Area, please let me know! I would love to photograph you! I love art, and through the Art section of my site, I can share my art with the world. This section is mostly stuff I have done for school, but you know what? It is still my art! So enjoy! I have recently discovered the fun of having a Webcam! People often ask if I feel awkward having the camera on, but I don't even think about it.
